Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-31

These terms apply when you create a ProxyDay account or use any ProxyDay proxy at proxyday.shop. By signing up or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. The service

ProxyDay provides proxy access through the gateway gate.proxyday.shop. Products include unlimited residential proxies billed per day, residential proxies paid by GB, static ISP proxies and datacenter proxies paid per IP per month.

Plan details, prices and available countries are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard at the time you buy.

2. Your account

You sign up with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details and proxy credentials private and for all activity on your account.

  • Up to 3 accounts can be created from one IP address.
  • Your email address is your login, so use one that you own.
  • Changing your account password signs out your other devices.

3. Balance and top-ups

ProxyDay works on a prepaid USD balance. You top up the balance in crypto through the payment window, then pay for plans from it.

The minimum top-up is $30 ($20 for visitors from 72 lower-income countries) and the maximum is $5,000 per top-up. A single top-up of $100 or more gets a bonus of 20% to 50% of the amount you pay (for example, a $100 top-up adds a $20 bonus, $120 in total). Bonuses are added as balance and can be spent like any other balance.

4. Orders and activation

When you buy a plan, the price is taken from your balance and the order shows activating until the network side turns it on.

If an order cannot be activated, it is cancelled and the full amount goes back to your balance. Plan periods start when the order is active.

5. Proxy credentials and access

Each account gets a proxy username and proxy password, shown in the dashboard. You can regenerate the proxy password at any time and add up to 10 server IPv4 addresses to Allowed IPs.

Concurrent connections, bandwidth, traffic and IP counts follow the plan you bought.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use ProxyDay only in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and to the sites you access. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

7. Suspension and termination

ProxyDay may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the network or other customers at risk.

You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account from that account.

8. Refunds

Refunds are made to your balance as described in the Refund Policy. Balance is not withdrawn to a wallet.

9. Service changes and availability

ProxyDay may update products, prices, countries and features. Price changes apply to new orders and do not change plans you have already paid for.

Proxy IPs come from third-party networks, and individual IPs or locations can change over time.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ProxyDay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

ProxyDay may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after an update, the new terms apply.
