Refund Policy

Last updated 2026-10-31

ProxyDay refunds are made to your account balance. This page explains which orders are refunded and how.

1. Refunds go to your balance

All refunds are added back to your ProxyDay balance. Balance is not withdrawn to a crypto wallet or any other account, and you can use it for any product.

2. Orders that are not activated

If an order is failed, cancelled or cannot be activated, the full amount you paid goes back to your balance. You do not need to ask for this, it happens with the cancellation.

3. Active plans

Once a plan is active, its days, traffic or IPs are assigned to your account, so active plans are not refunded. Residential traffic never expires, so unused GB stays available on your account.

4. Unused balance

Unused balance stays in your account with no expiry. You can spend it later on any plan.

5. Top-up bonus

A single top-up of $100 or more adds a bonus of 20% to 50% of the amount you pay (for example, a $100 top-up adds a $20 bonus, $120 in total). Bonus balance can be spent on plans and is not refundable as cash or crypto.

6. Crypto payment mistakes

Send the exact coin and network shown in the payment window. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so check the address, network and amount before you send.

If you sent a different amount, used another network or the top-up does not appear, keep the transaction ID and check the top-up status under History in your dashboard. When the payment can be confirmed, the amount received is added to your balance. Funds sent on a different network may not be recoverable.

7. Refund and top-up records

Refunds and top-ups are listed on the History tab of your dashboard.
